Check this about the costs for the screen replacement. To find out more about your costs for the TouchID/Home button, you'll have to visit an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider or contact Apple Support. They will have to test the phone first, before they can give you more details.

Screen repair service pricing

Repair and replacement costs depend on your iPhone model and your AppleCare product coverage. Apple will run a diagnostic test to determine whether your iPhone has experienced additional damage. If it has, or if it needs other repairs, you may need to pay an out-of-warranty service fee. Accidental damage isn't covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty.

Model Screen repair cost
iPhone 6 $109
iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5 $129
iPhone 6s Plus $149

Plus a $6.95 shipping fee, if required. Fees are in USD and exclude local tax. Pricing is for service through Apple. The final service fee we charge will be determined during testing. Pricing and terms vary for service through an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Apple charges $129 (plus tax) to fix a broken iPhone 5s screen. If you can't get to an Apple store, you can mail your device in to Apple for a shipping fee of $6.95. If you purchased AppleCare+ ($99 for two years) for your device, you'll only have to pay $79 for a screen repair -- though AppleCare+ only covers two incidents of accidental damage. Or you can get a new iPhone 5s screen replacement from hcqs.

Alternately, you could save a substantial sum of money at a reputable non-affiliated repair shop. Some individuals have stated that such action will cause Apple to refuse any and all future service but I have not seen any Apple documentation that supports that statement. The following is what I have found:

Select “iPhone”

Select “Learn more about service coverage”

Under Out-of-warranty repair service, select “Read Apple’s Repair Terms and Conditions”

Select “General Terms”

Select “English”

Scroll down to section 1.10.6

1.10.6 Disclosure of Unauthorized Modifications. During the service ordering process, you must notify Apple of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”), that have been made to your product. Apple will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Apple or an AASP. If damage results, Apple will seek your authorization for any additional costs for completing service even if the product is covered by warranty or an AppleCare service plan. If you decline authorization, Apple may return your product unrepaired in the damaged condition without any responsibility.
