How to restore photo from iCloud if I deleted them from iPad and from Recent Deleted album? Is it possible to restore it some how from iCloud?

I have deleted all my photo from iPad and from Recent Deleted album. Also I using iCloud for photo. So now I loose all my photo from all my devices.
I know I'm idiot 😟
But
Is it possible to restore it some how from iCloud?
