With IOS 9.1 you add different new emoji, like the middle finger why not the cross fingers? I always search for that, then I remember he doesn't exist.

I can't, and neither can anyone else on these forums, as these are user to use forums. Plus, Apple can't add it either, as they only include what's approved by the Unicode Consortium, so if you want an new Emjoi added, contact the Consortium
Because the version of Unicode which it’s being considered for won’t be released until mid-2016.
