Alarm not using selected sound after phone reboot
Yesterday I had to reboot my phone. After the reboot, the alarms I had set up in the Clock app stopped using the downloaded sound I had set for them, and is using the default one instead. Ordinarily this isn't much of a problem except I have some hearing damage and the default alarm sound is using frequencies I have difficulty hearing, so I barely hear the alarm when it goes off. The sound I usually use is a higher pitch and very noticeable for me.
So far I have tried re-selecting the sound when editing an alarm, deleting and re-creating the alarm with my chosen sound selected, deleting all the alarms, rebooting, then creating a new alarm, etc. Nobe of it works. The alarm still uses he default sound even though I've selected something else. The only thing I haven't tried is resetting my phone to factory default and trying again, because it would be an epic pain to get everything set up again, and I will be very ticked off if I do reset the phone and it still doesn't work. Is there anything else I can try before I blow everything away?
