Podcast will not play except for download/subscribe

I've just created a podcast. I've uploaded the podcast from soundcloud onto iTunes. The podcast will play fine if someone downloads it or subscribes to it but it will not play simply by pressing play on the podcast track listing. What is wrong? How can I remedy it?
