My name is Shanice. I have an iPhone 6 and both my phone and iTunes software are up to date. I have only 1/4 of my storage used so it is not a storage issue.
Once I begin the sync process 5 out of 6 go through successfully. At step 6 it goes to update my apps and the Merriam Webster Dictionary is the main one which I do not have downloaded and it attempts to download it. Once I cancel that download it goes to music and will sit at number 1 of however many there are to download until it cancels out the sync itself. This has recently begun to happen and I cannot find any solutions as to how to get around it and it is very frustrating that I cannot enjoy my music on the go as much as I would like to. Please provide a solution for this dilemma.
