Recently my iTunes version 12.3.2.35 Win 7 64 bit was taking over 5 minutes to start up. Once it did start up, each menu command (i.e. Edit/Preferences) would take several minutes to execute. I uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes but no luck. I did a system restore from 1/25/16 and iTunes began working properly. Last night I had a windows update and iTunes is back to its slow ways.
Any Suggestions?
