Bug installing apple pencil

Hello

Just bought bran new apple pad. I tried to install pencil but bug occurred with window proposing "jumelage apple pencil". Accepting or refusing does not respond. No other window can then be opened. Tried to close bluetooth. iPad accepted via SIRI BUT did not close the window and nothing is responding. Any clue ? Frustrated to be stopped in discovering it.
