Cannot remove 'Contactable at' number. Not the 'Trusted Phone Numbers' one, that's been removed, but the 'Contactable at' number remains.
Wanting to remove as my contract is up so it isn't contactable anyway, and I've already added my new number.
More details please. Where can you not remove this number from?

The iPhone uses a Contact that has your information and iCloud also uses this one. Log into iCloud, open Contacts and find the one which contains your data.
On my Contact Card? I've deleted the number off of there though. I deleted it when I got my new number.
And did you check your contact card in iCloud?
On iCloud.com? Yes, it's not there.
That is usually where the number is picked up. Have you tried Restoring this iPhone as a new phone?
Just been doing that anyway to prepare it to sell/give away.
It's currently now on the 'Hello' screen, all data on it has been removed.
All except contacting the Carrier.
