I am not able to sign out of my icloud

i changed my apple id a few months back, and restored the new phone. when i check the icloud settings, its asking me the password for my old Apple ID which doesnt exist, I am not able to sign out of my old apple id as it doesnt exist and hence not able to sign to my new apple id
