my wife has an iphone 6 9.2.1
she has 223 pics in all photos
i have setup icloud on the pc , some not all of the photos appear in icloud Photos>downloads, in fact only 5 taken this year are in downloads
is there a way for force them all to download via the cloud
have tried all ways and the only way i can get all the pics onto the PC is via the USB cable draggin & dropping
surely this isnt how this is supposed to work???

we are back to using cables and dragging pics onto the pc??
or have i misunderstood
my wife would just like all her photos that are on her phone also on the pc, seemlessly & straight away without the need for cables etc
