Q: iphone 6 uploading photos to pc via icloud...

my wife has an iphone 6 9.2.1

she has 223 pics in all photos

i have setup icloud on the pc , some not all of the photos appear in icloud Photos>downloads, in fact only 5 taken this year are in downloads

is there a way for force them all to download via the cloud

have tried all ways and the only way i can get all the pics onto the PC is via the USB cable draggin & dropping

surely this isnt how this is supposed to work???

Yea importing is another way, so yea that how it supposed to work Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer - Apple Support

are you saying icloud isnt the way this was supposed to work??

we are back to using cables and dragging pics onto the pc??

or have i misunderstood

my wife would just like all her photos that are on her phone also on the pc, seemlessly & straight away without the need for cables etc
