Q: i cant reinstall os x

i tried almost everything but i still cant login

im already on pasword screen , put in my correct password and pressed enter.. then im on loading screen .

in the middle of loading screen suddenly my mac restarting itself.

i tried to safe mode or whatever mode. i tried to reinstall my os x but it cant be reinstall. i tried repairing my disk but i cant be repaired.. somebody please help me

Do you have a back up of your data? Sounds as if your hard drive may be failing.

If you can't repair the Disk in Disk Utility, try using fsck:
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck - Apple Support

If the Disk can't be repaired, then you most likely need to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the OS.
