Parental controls not actioning edits

I have set up Parental Controls for my daughters account and it's been working fine... until... a couple of weeks ago she earned herself ban so I reduced the time controls to the minimums and made it accessible only in the middle of the night. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Fast forward a week and the ban is over. I changed the controls back to what they were pre-ban and assumed that it would be fine. The control panel says the right things but everything is 'stuck' on the ban parameters and I have no idea how to reset to new parameters.

Any help greatly appreciated.
