Boot camp + Windows 10. Speakers not working

Hi!

So I've just installed windows 10 using boot camp and it all seems to work perfectly besides 2 things.

1. The boot camp icon isn't appearing in the system tray, and I also cant find the boot camp control panel anywhere

2. The speakers when I'm on Windows do not work (yes, they are turned up). I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but there is a red light coming from the headphone jack on my mac.

Please help! 😟
