iPhone 6s advice (operator/carrier signal lost)

I have just bought iPhone 6s and it seems to be faulty (operator signal frequently drops to zero making impossible to receive or make calls (I have changed the simcard, but the problem persists). Please advice how to deal with this problem. Thanks in advance!

There a bunch of questions to be asked to this problem. Is your operator known to be good in your area? Is it the actual iPhone? Have you tried using the Phone is multiple locations? Have you ever had a signal above 1? Have you spoken to your operator about this issue? You have to ask yourself the basics first. If this doesn't work it should be under warranty if it's defective.
