does face time application works world wide??

If they have a cellular signal or Wi-Fi according where you are goin in India then it should work, but if there is no signal or Wi-Fi it won't work. Also yes FaceTime is global but that call may not be very good if the person you're calling is halfway across the world

1. Not if it originated from Qatar. iPhones which have AB or AE just before the / in their model numbers won’t have FaceTime in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or anywhere outside the Middle East.
