why do i need to use force quit for mail in order to logout
after using MAIL and SAFARI, its time to logout and I select "logout" but MAIL program stays open and I need to resort to FORCE QUIT for MAIL program , then my IMAC logs me out
Perhaps your mail boxes need rebuilding. Select each mail box then click Mailbox menu and then click Rebuild. Then restart the computer in Safe Mode (hold down the Shift key on startup) then restart normally and test.
