Everything else in my house is connecting, however this one ipad (4) will not. Can't connect to app store, use safari, open any game app. Nothing is working. Wifi is fine. Ipad worked well last night and now all of a sudden nothing will open. Already reset it. closed all apps. did a hard reset. what else can I do?
First, try a reset of your WiFi router/MODEM by unplugging it from power for, at least 30 seconds or so to reset the router, then plug it back in and let it cycle back up.
If this doesn't work,
On the iPad, In the Settings App, under the General Settings panel, in the right window, scroll all the way down to the Reset panel.
Tap Reset and then, tap the Reset All Settings option and see if this works.
