hi, i can't use the quickly answer on whatsapp when the iphone is blocked because the keyboard doesn't appear

sorry but when Apple iOS was updated to 9.1 they active the quickly answers on whatsapp, and my problem is whit the keyboard doesn't appear and I think the keyboard and the quickly answer are a iOS problem.
