YYou only get 4K from a 4K project.
Thank You it is already 4k project
OK so when you export to master file you should see the 4K option as well as the Apple devices 4K. What are you seeing? Post screenshots.
For sure, there are differences in the labeling of presets between Compressor and FCP. One example is there is no "Master File" option in Compressor. (It's understood that a user who wants a master file will select one if the presets with relatively light compressed codecs and build something suitable for themselves.) Likewise, there is no Video Sharing option in FCP, although YT and Vimeo presets use the same or similar encoding parameters,
In FCP, many Share presets will now let you select a 4K option. If your project is 4K, even a 720 Apple Devices preset will give you a 4K option. So labels aside, the option should be there if it is compatible with the type of output. (In other words, you're not going to see a 4K option for DVD.)

IF you have version 10.2.3, try reinstalling it. Also check in Destination preferences.
Just for info, I updated two computers to 10.2.3 and neither show a 4k export option in destinations preferences. Since I don't use 4k media I won,t reinstall at this time, but am interested to see if that solves the issue.
I reinstall but still there is no 4K preset
Not in Destination prefs either? Maybe a function of your capabilities, RAM and graphics card. 4K requirements are higher.
It' not in preferences destination also it's i7 processor with V Ram of 4gb and Ram is 32gb I think it's more then requirement of 4k, Thank you for your efforts
Graphics is AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB

MacMini, 16GRB Ram, no designated GPU at all:
=> a 4k Project offers me 4k sharing.... ok, 30secs need half an hour rendering, … 😁
but generally spoken, the export option 4k is NOT limited by hardware.
I don't didn't see an Apple Devices 4K destination in my mac - either on the list or as an additional possibility in Preferences->Destinations - BUT... it is trivial to add one.
1) File->Share->Add Destination...
2) Select the Apple Devices 1080p destination, control-click, choose Duplicate:
3) Change its name to "Apple Devices 4K" (or whatever you like), and change the Resolution to 3840x2160. Done.
