Enable Yahoo 2step verification problem

I need to enable 2 step verification for Yahoo!

Problem is that when I try to follow these instructions:

That I cant find the the 2nd step "Click Security, then select Two-step verification" option.

This particular account looks different than mine. Mine is the white and purple page. But the account that needs help still looks like the old UI.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
