Cant install El Capitän

Says you cant install on Macintosh HD and thats my harddisk. Says that i dont had that appleid when i bought my programs.

I have own this macbook pro since it was new and i dont know now how to do?

Can anybody help me?Can i get to know if i had some other Apple id before?
