Q: iphone 5 screen

When i surfing in an apps, and i pressed the notification bar from the assestive touch my whole screen have stopped there and i cant go back the home page until i pressed the power button and the home button only then it will works fine. After this, if i pressed again the same thing it would happen again. any ways to solve this?
