Q: If my iPhone is bricked, can I get it replaced with the apple warranty?

No it was not jailbroken, all I was saying is that around a year ago I did test out a jailbreak. Then I restored my phone clearing out the jailbreak over eight months ago. That still voids the warranty?

So if I jailbroke it a year ago can they track that?

Thanks Gail, is there any way to confirm that your device has been jailbroken before. Don't remember if it was my 6 or one of my previous iphones.
