I am still under the iPhone one year warrenty. If my iPhone gets bricked can I get it replaced? It's not from jailbreaking or any other malicious activities. Also I have been jailbroken in the past, I am not now obviously, but can they track that?

No it was not jailbroken, all I was saying is that around a year ago I did test out a jailbreak. Then I restored my phone clearing out the jailbreak over eight months ago. That still voids the warranty?
