Q: How do I covert MTS or MKV files to MOV files. I can not convert it by using Handbrake. Final cut express will only edit MOV files.

I imported some video files from a Cannon Camcorder. It is in MTS format. Final Cut Express will not accept it. I converted these MTS files to mp4 files using Handbrake but Final Cut Express will not accept this either. Then I converted it to MKV files using Handbrake which Final Cut Express accepted. But Final Cut Express can not edit these MKV files! It can edit only MOV files thru Final Cut Express. I can not convert MTS files or MKV files to MOV files using Handbrake. Can someone tell me how to convert MTS or MKV files to MOV files so that I can edit it using Final Cut Express.
