Hi,i have iphone 6s plus and my phone doesn`t have 3D touch. is it normal?or not?

Check If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support, and read the topic titled:

Adjust your settings for 3D Touch

If your touchscreen still doesn't respond like it should, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
