Using Terminal to delete pngs?

For some time I have been trying to delete rogue png files that constantly reappear and multiply in my files.

I read a community reply to this type of problem using terminal. However, I could not get the 'reply' to respond.

The problem appears to be from using Calibre html software (now uninstalled) when these black lines first appeared.

I removed every one of them (over 100) to trash and safely deleted trash.

Guess what? They came back, even after running mac keeper a few times in every area of my iMac Retina.

I have taken two of these files to Terminator and received some weird instructions --/

I have no idea what to do next.

Can some genius out there please help delete these virus type files for good?

It would save me a thousand hours and I would be forever grateful. User uploaded fileUser uploaded file
