There isn’t a link.
If you’re running an OS earlier than 10.5.1 on a Mac Pro(not MacBook Pro), it’s incapable of being upgraded past 10.7.5.
If you’re using a MacPro3,1 or newer, you need to upgrade it to 10.6.3 and then 10.6.8 if it’s running 10.5.8 or earlier, and then either redownload Mavericks from the Mac App Store(if you previously got it from there), or go to a physical Apple Store and ask for it.
