Hey IT WING,
I understand that you are wanting to update an iPad 2 to the latest version of iOS. That is something that you typically do by an over-the-air update. Try going to Settings > General > Software Update​ to start that process. Don't forget that you can use iTunes to update your iPad. Take a look at the link below for more details about updating.
