My iPhone 6s running with iOS 9.0 is not showing as a device in iTunes.
i NeEd to take backup of my phone ( data is around 70+ gb so I can not backup by iCloud )
can anyone help me ?

Are you using OS X 10.8.5 or later?
If not and your Mac is compatible, update your Mac then update iTunes 12.3.2
yes its OS X yosemite 10.10.2
and iTunes is also latest updated one.
in fact some months ago I backed up my old iPhone 5s and restored all data to my new 6s by same iTunes.
after that I have not connected my new phone to iTunes ... And now when I tried, it doesnt show as a device
