Slide over not working in iPad Air2

The Slide Over/Split view is not working on my Air2. It had been working fine on 9.1 until I update to 9.2.1. The grabber appears when slide from right side of the screen (only when i slide over from the top or below the screen not the middle of the screen) and when I try to slide over grabber nothing happens. I tried resetting the iPad pressing the home and power button. Still no luck.

I am using the original charger and cable provided, and I have not any fishy stuff on my iPad like jailbreaking or anything.

What might be the problem? Is there any solution except for restoring the iPad?
