Following system upgrades, I get this message asking for a password for podcasts. This is a newish issue as I have never had this issue in the past. How can I fix this problem?

You could try going to the feeds.feedburner website and log in if you are a member. If not, you could create an account.
well this does not solve my issue. It is extremely hard and possibly immpossible to ask for help on the feedburner and google site. As apparently I did have an account but I no longer have access to the un and pw info, I can't log in. Additionally, this is an ITUNES problem since they caused the glitch in the first place. I never had a problem with this until I tunes upgraded their software 2 years ago. Now, ever since then I have this issue and no one can help. very frusturating all the way around.
It may be a Google or feedburner issue.
Is it just some podcasts from a certain source or all podcasts where this happens?

it is ALL the podcasts. I alre3ady stated it is a feed burner issue as the screenshot shows. My issues is that I am unable to resolve it since I can't contact anyone on the feedburner/google site and this was caused by a Glitch in the software by ITunes/apple. Apple caused it , Apple has to fix it.

Most people on these forums -- maybe all -- do not work for Apple or represent it in any way. We are just users liike yourself.
One thing you could try is to contact Apple Support, who may be able to help you. https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
As regards the Google or feedburner.com forum, you are unlikely to get any help there. You could search their site to see if there is any customer service or help desk.
Before that, try a reinstall of iTunes. First, close down iTunes and uninstall it. To do that, single click on the iTunes icon in your Applications folder to select it -- do not open it. Then go to Finder / File / Get info. At the bottom of the window that appears, you should see something like this.
Make everything Read & Write -- you have to enter your administrator password -- which will allow you to drag the iTunes app from Applications to the Trash.
Now download and install the latest iTunes. http://www.apple.com/itunes/?ref=http://itunes.com
See if that makes a difference.
