I had to have my computer reset and lost everything just reinstalled ITunes but cannot download purchased items as it is not authorized now how do I unauthorise a computer with out the computer

How did you re-installed iTunes then?
You use computer iTunes > Store > Authorise This Computer
If there is a computer which needs de-authorizing and you can't access it you need to de-authorize all your computers and then re-authorize those you need. For instructions go to this page:
