Hi, I have already created and apple ID, now I need to transfer my contacts from Android to my iphone, I have created the vcard file of my contacts. My issue is, I cannot fine the contact box in the icloud under my apple ID account.

I understand that you would like import contacts to your iPhone. I can help you out with this.
This is something you can do by sending yourself an email with that vCard file. On your iPhone, you look at the attachment and you will see an option to import them in. If you are signed in with iCloud, they will import there as long as it is the default location for creating contacts.
