MY itunes deduted Rs 6200 from my debit card link with itunes store without any informatio. I Champlain to the bank about this so they told to complain customers support also. So pls help me

If you mean 62 Rupees, that is roughly 1 dollar. That deduction would be covered by this document. It will not, as it says, actually be deducted.
About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you mean 6,200 Rupees (roughly 98 dollars) you may have a security problem. If you are in India I am surprised Aopple accepted a debit card; it is very rare as debit cards are not usually accepted.
