Macbook keeps freezing and glitching resulting in restarts

Every now then then this glitch come up on my screen as my mac crashes and restarts, sometimes it randomly happens when my macbook is stationary and when i move my macbook. Also the macbook randomly freezes and restarts, and sometimes when I close the lid of my mac and then go to open it later the mac in unresponsive meaning that I have to force a shut down and reboot. I've tried reseting the SMC and the NVRAM, I have 3rd party RAM in my mac but its been there for a about 5 months and this is a recent issues that came up about 2 - 3 weeks ago, I've also just recently installed El Capitan at the beginning of January. Im a producer, DJ and Student and I need a stable macbook in order to do work, So any advice is appreciated.
