iTunes not recognising iPad or iPod Touch.

I am running windows 10 on a PC and now my Lap top is not seeing my iPad or iPod Touch. It sees my iPod Classic correctly. The computer is seeing them but is not seeing their nick name just generic iPad or iPod. I have followed the help from apple which advices to look device manager at the "USB controllers". No apple driver is seen there, they show up as a "portable device".

iTunes does not see the iPad or iPod Touch.

Have tried different cables and USB ports no joy.

All work fine on other computers running windows 8 and Vista.
