I'm trying to submit my podcast to iTunes.
When I go to the link to publish my podcast it shows a page that says "use Podcasts Connect to validate, submit and manage your podcasts on the iTunes Store." clicking the link takes me to Podcasts Connect
which then won't connect using any browser. See screenshots below. Any help out there?

I can confirm this annoying behaviour. FireFox brought up this message:
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
This looks like a security certificate problem; certainly it's a issue at Apple's end. You should report it to Support. Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Submission enquiry' and proceed from there.
I am having the same issue. I also reported it to support.
It's working now, though it's glitched on me at one stage. Go to Podcasts Connect , log in and click the blue '+' sign in the top right-hand corner.

I can't find an appropriate forum for my question, but I'm having issues submitting my podcast RSS feed to iTunes:

I've validated the feed several times through several services, and each time the feed comes back successfully validated. When I submit it to iTunes, I get a message that it's been "successfully submitted," however, moments later I receive an email from Apple that "An error occurred while trying to add my feed." I've tried about a dozen times the past two days, changed the feed URL, too, and I continue to receive the error.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is the correct forum but when you have a question it's better to start your own thread than tacking onto an old one.
Your feed appears to be OK - it can be subscribed to manually in iTunes - and as it validates on Podcasts Connect I can only assume that either there is a problem going on in the submissions process, or your server is not responding properly to requests from the iTunes Store. This latter is not unknown, where a feed works everywhere else but not when being submitted.
You could ask the people running your server whether they can explain this. You could also try contacting Apple Support and reporting the problem. Goto https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
