how to delete reachable mail id

hello apple team i would like to delete my reachable id (****************). i dont know how to delete that so please help me to delete that mail id..some stranger is misusing my apple id..i changed my password even though he too receives mail..i dont want that mail..so please help me to delete that..thanks in advance..i hope good reply from your team..
