Solve billing problem from different country
Hi,
I have an Irish iTunes Store. I moved to the UK and I need to change the country to United Kingdom, so I can add my UK debit card.
I have discovered I have a pending payment from a subscription, this failed because my Irish bank account was closed before the subscription renewed (I forgot I had this), so now I am left with a pending payment, can't change country or update apps etc; my problem is I don't have any Irish means of payment now. How can I solve this?
