I forgot the answers to my apple id security questions

I forgot the answers to my security question. And i don't have a rescue email address on file with my Apple id. So i need your help but i am not good at listening and speaking english.

I hope you can help me to reset my security by email.so I can read and do your request. My Apple is ***********.com

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.

Nobody on these boards can reset your security questions.
