I have never had a problem sending messages from my iphone 5 to my daughter - when she had an Android phone. Now she has an iphone, messages I send are going to her ipad and not her phone! Help please!

Is iMessage configured correctly on her phone?
I am a "first-timer" on this forum - and very much appreciate your reply! My daughter has only recently bought her iphone, so may well not have it set up properly .... can you tell me exactly what she should do?
Have her turn off iMessage on both her iPad and her iPhone. Then, have her turn it on again on the iPhone. Once it's active, have her turn in on on the iPad.
I have a similar question... my wife recently got an Android phone, and when I send from my iPhone the messages only come to her iPad Mini (if it is on and in WiFi range.) I can get around this by turning off iMessage, but then I have the same issue — other people's iMessages don't hit my phone, they end up on my iPad 3rd gen, which sits at home all day. Is there a solution?

You may also need to delete all previous conversations to and from your wife from your phone.
