Just made the switch to iMac 27" - It's awesome!
I still have my old PC and I would like to use the iMac screen as display for the PC.
My PC only have a DVI output.
Is there any way to accomplish this and connect the PC (DVI output) to the iMac screen?

Sorry, but what you are requesting will not work. This feature is called Target Display Mode, it is fully described in Apple's Target Display Mode: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). There is only one option that could work and that is using software, however the performance is pretty poor. The product you can research is called ScreenRecycler.
you can do it wireless over wifi with a program called air display, but for it to work your pc would likely still need a monitor of it's own though
