update ipad error 9134 - ios 8.4 to ios 9.0.2

Hello!

I have an iPad 4th generation currently with ios 4.3.1.

I want to upgrade to 9.0.2 , but whenever I try to get the error 9134 , how do I fix this? I can not because it is not the latest version of ios ?

You need to update it directly to 9.2.1(or the 9.3 beta if you have access to it.)
