Ipad disabled, will not connect to itunes

A while ago, I locked my iPad and the "iPad disabled, connect to iTunes" message. I did and I also put it in recovery mode, and got the following message:

I don't know what to do now. My iPad won't come up on my device list and I can't do anything with the iPad or with iTunes now. Any help???
