Q: My iPhone 6 plus camera cannot focus the far thing but there is no problem for close focus. It can focus clearly. I have no problem like this before and i can take the pictures very clearly if they are near or far. The camera is not wobby. help pleas

My iPhone 6 plus camera cannot focus the far thing but there is no problem for close focus. It can focus clearly. I have no problem like this before and i can take the pictures very clearly if they are near or far. The camera is not wobby. It is just not focus clearly for group photos. I think its not hardware problem because i can take pictures in normal. I think there is some porblem in IOS 9.2.1. Please help me and reply me back as soon as you can.

    Hey MyoHT,

    I understand that you are having an issues with focusing the camera on your iPhone 6 plus. Let's see if we can get this sorted out. 

    The first thing I would look at is cleaning the the camera on your iPhone with a lint free cloth. Also if you are using a case, make sure it isn't a metallic or is magnetic as that can cause issues. Take a look at the information outlined below for more details.

    Your photos are blurred or out of focus

    If your photos are blurred, out of focus, or have dark spots, try these steps:

    1. Make sure that the camera lens is clean. If you need to clean the lens, use a microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.
    2. With iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6s Plus, a metallic case or magnetic lens could interfere with optical image stabilization. Try taking a picture without it, then compare the quality.
    3. Adjust the focus by tapping on the person or object in the preview screen. You’ll see the screen pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as the camera adjusts. In photo mode, try to stay steady when adjusting the focus. If you move too far in any direction, the camera will automatically refocus to the center. In video mode, you can adjust the focus before you begin recording.

    Dear,

      The serial numbers of my iphone 6 plus is included for camera replacement program. But you know I am from Yangon, Myanmar (Burma). Where can I do replacement in Yangon. There are two service center iServe and IPro in Yangon. Are these apple authorized service center and can I do the replacement there? Please tell me back as quickly as you can. Thanks!
