Accessing NBC Won't Complete

I have an Apple TV (2014) and I cannot get it to bring up a program on the NBC app. I signed in with all the necessary information on my iMac and it said: "Your AppleTV is ready to use / You now have access to your favorite shows through Bright House."

But when I try to watch an NBC program it goes to "accessing NBC" with the spinning wheel and never makes a connection.

Any help greatly appreciated.
