Apple ID won't verify
I'm setting up my new iPad Mini and every time I submit my Apple ID and password it loads for a while before coming up with a message saying that it can't be verified because the server can't be connected to
iPad Mini
I Know you have had this problem for a couple of days now. Did you try everything in that one link that I posted for you?

Have you tried another WiFi network?
Have you tried a forced restart? To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Have you tried power cycling your router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds?
