The area around the camera is getting super hot and the battery is draining super fast.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened. All of the sudden yesterday, I noticed that my battery was draining super fast like 5% per minute. Then, I noticed that the area around the camera was getting super hot because I was unable to take any pictures on camera or snapchat. Any help? I have no idea what is going on.
