Can I translate a Pages doc in English into Spanish?
I have a doc sent from a Mexican bank, in Spanish?
If I save in Pages, can I translate to English?

No version of Pages is a language translator. Your choices:
- Open up the Google Translate page, and copy/paste the Spanish text into the left-most box (auto-detects language), and in the right box, click English.
- Use a third-party language converter application.
Export your Pages document to MS Word for input to that translation software.
